Employee Zack was very knowledgeable in reguards to my 2012 toyota tundra. Not only did he help get my vehicle working right again. Zack took the time to help me get my new phone paired to my vehicle and get my Bluetooth working. I am not the best with electronics. This level of customer service is what is needed more.

Where do I startWe purchased our vehicle used and have been driving it for a while. Always wondered why car shakes a bit when going over 60mph and have assumed it was just an old car with its kinks. Ive driving older cars before that does the same and turned out to be nothing major.Well not this timeWe were headed back from out of town after a 1000 miles round trip and about 17 miles from the house. We pulled over to stop by the store and heard a pop sound. Got out to check but nothing seemed wrong. But when we started to drive the car would shake, even only at 5mph.Luckily, we saw Mavis and drove slowly there since it was in the same parking lot. It was getting late as I walked into the front door and was immediately greeted by a gentleman asking how he could help. I told him everything and he immediately walked outside with me and examined. He took the car for a spin and immediately swung it into the bay and lifted it up. He immediately found the issue, the lug nut broke off and the lug screw broke off as well. And none of the other 4 remaining lug nuts were tightened. He checked the other tires and none of them were tightened either.That was what was causing the shakes. There must have been several guardian angels watching over us because we drove over 10k miles like this without knowing until it finally became a real dangerous problem.He fixed the issue for us and had us on our way. Would not even take a tip! All he wanted to make sure was that we were safe to be in the road.I can never thank this man enough and Mavis is very lucky to have someone like him to represent them.This gentlemans name is Lee.Our experience from A-Z was a 20 out of 10. If you are looking for someone whom is passionate about their job, whom cares about people and experienced at their craft then Lee is your guy!I will be telling everyone I know about our experience there today. Mavis Tire and Brakes in Covington Georgia is the absolute BEST.I was traveling Saturday morning to Decatur Georgia with my daughters for a college tour at Agnes Scott. Suddenly I lost tire pressure on one of my tires. I had to pull over on the side of I-20 for safety. I called for a tow and decided to have my car taken to Mavis Tires and Brakes in Covington Georgia. I'm so happy I did!!! The customer service I received from the staff was absolutely wonderful. Lee Searcy was a godsend. He explained what repairs I needed and the timeframe it would take to do them. He also kept me informed during the entire process from beginning to end. The service was quick and efficient...they really do care about their customers and the services that they provide. I would highly recommend them to all my family and friends.
