Showed up to the wrong location at first and was still seen and treated with the utmost respect and care. Not only did David do an amazing job breaking everything down, he also kept me informed and Dylan did an amazing job well, making sure that everything I needed done was done in a timely manner. Stop in for assistance to remove a locking lug nut, to which I did not have the key. Mike and Malory were super helpful & determined to get the job done! It took some persistence, but they got if off and replaced the lug nut free of charge. Thanks, I'll be back!

Dylan who answers the phones is totally lost and doesn't know customer service, told me he said he told me about a part they charged me for that he did not. Manager is a decent person but techs and staff beyond him are lost. Communication about your vehicle doesn't exist. Charge you for labor and diagnoses but all they do is throw parts at your car, they do not diagnose anything. Don't take your car here unless you want to shell out money to replace parts that are not needed and even then good luck they will tell you something is wrong and probably is not. Terrible communication and service.

I have a performance car and was nervous taking it anywhere. Myke told me I would be in good hands and Mallory did exactly that. She walked me through everything there were doing to my car in real time and the team even gave me suggestions on how to beef it up! Highly recommend this place for your daily driver to your special rides!
