Overall pleased with tires. I was very disappointed with the installation service of the new tires. Two front tires were installed incorrectly with inside direction side of tire installed on the outside of the wheel. I noticed the error when I went to pick up my vehicle. I had to stay an extra amount of time for them to take the front tires off and rebalance and reinstall. I expressed my disappointment and request for some type of financial adjustment in the installation in a previous customer service review. However I never heard back a reply from Mavis customer service.
Tires are a very good quality.
I bought these tires because I read some good reviews on them and I was looking to change from the brand I had used in the past (they had gotten too pricey) I took off on a 7000 mile cross country trip thru several different weather conditions 2 days after having them installed and I could not have been more pleased. In the next few weeks I will be putting them on my wife's car. I would recommend these tires to anyone who is looking for a quiet smooth ride at a decent price
