The customer service was great. They were very informative without the pressure to buy, as well as accepted my decision. I will go back to this location for other services.
I've only driven these tires for a few thousand miles but I like them much more than the factory tires.
These tires have always preformed well for our BMW's. This is our second set we have purchased and will continue to purchase these for my cars.
I am very happy with the tires and the service I received at the eagle store was excellent!
These are phenomenal tires. They do everything well! They are smooth and comfortable highway companions, but they are still willing to play. The tires handle 80mph on-ramps and patched-over mountain roads with equal ease. They have rim protectors that have saved me from curb rash numerous times while parking in Philly and NYC. They are compliant and sturdy enough to withstand the unavoidable potholes in my area. I have experience with light snow using the older Pilot Sport A/S 2, and they were decent, so I suspect the new model should fare at least as well. As a year-round tire, these excel. Grip remains strong in the cold. And in the summer, the tires' grip threshold exceeds my limits of bravery on the most technical of back roads. Unless you regularly autocross, I see no reason to opt for a summer tire over these. Traction is excellent, and when they do start to give up, it is with the characteristic forgiveness of a good all-season. They're not cheap, but they're excellent tires and well worth the cost!
There is a hum with these tires that was not present on the stock Continental Pro Contacts. I loved the Continentals, incredible tire, but they were $40 more a tire. I'll see how long these go, but I think I should have stayed with the Contis.
Not a tire expert, so it's hard for me to judge with precision, but these Michelin Pilots are grippy, responsive and sure-footed. Loud noise, but they are low profile, and sporty, so it's not unexpected. Would likely buy again.
They take a little while to break in. I switched to this from Continental DWS which were good, reliable, and quiet. The Michelins are more responsive and very sticky on the corners. The Continentals may be a little better in deeper snow. I'm happy with the Michelins. They remind me of the original summer tires that came with the car.
I cannot believe what a difference these tires make! NIGHT AND DAY! I replaced the oem dunlop run flat tires after being completely fed up with the bubbles that developed in the sidewalls, and above all else they made my car drive TERRIBLY! I have owned infinitis for a decade. I have had G35, G37 sport sedan, and G37 S coupe, all of which performed great, but after owning my Q50S for a year, and going through 3 sets of brakes, 3 tires, and having the car feel clunky, as well as handling worse than a bicycle in rain, I knew i needed to do something. I have owned Michelins previously, and loved them, but HOLY COW what a difference these tires made for this car! Its crazy that run flat tires are put on so many newer cars these days, especially sports sedans, because they completely negate ANY performance and handling the car may have. My car feels completely different now from handling, to acceleration and braking! I will never leave another dealership with a new car, without a set of michelin's. THESE TIRES ARE
I did my research before purchasing tires. i truly love the tires. i feel i have more control of my car with these tires than the previous tires i had. would definitely recommend. the team at mavis are fantastic!!
