Upon noticing my tire pressure was low I went to the Mavis Service Center where I purchased several sets of Continental Extreme Contact DWS06 Plus 335/25 R20 tires. The unfortunate part is that their air pump was broken, or I should say as usual the pump was not working. I had asked the assistant manager Gail if someone could just top off the tire for me as this is part of their service commitment to customers and it was not an issue.The young man in the garage had no issue and quickly filled up my tire. While I was thanking him he delivered his diagnostic as to the potential causes of my consistent leak issue his manager came over smoking either a cigarette or a vap and told him to get back to work. I tried to explain to this manager that he was explaining to me the causes. And he didnt not verbally respond but instead closed the bay door in my face while I was speaking to him.Now, Ive had bad days before, and Ive had busy days when I was working, but there is NO EXCUSE for compromising customer service with rude and unprofessional behavior and service. He, as a manager, is supposed to set a leading example to his employees on how to represent the brand he works for.With previous management here I never experienced this type of rude and degrading service. Normally I was always greated by an employee or previous management by my first name, exchanging some small talk before we got into the business aspect of my visit.Anyway, my business with Mavis is now concluded I went to another tire center purchased 4 Continental Extreme Contact DWS06 Plus, 4 valve stems with tire pressure monitors I spent a little over $1,200.00 but made new friends and I disposed of the rude, unprofessional behavior from Mavis.By the way I informed the fire marshal and local police about the smoking going on in the building.

We stopped there last night with a flat tire. Tracy and her crew got us in and out of there in 15 minutes. They were so pleasant and helpful. The price was veryreasonable and the service was great. I highly recommend Mavis Tire in Aberdeen.

I went to Mavis recently because my radio suddenly stopped working and I asked for my fuses to be checked. The person in the front said they dont check fuses but lucky for me, Tracey - one of the techs, overheard us and jumped in to help. She checked my battery, and some wires in the hood and though the battery was fine, she mentioned it could be due to things maybe falling behind my glove compartment. Had she not told me that, I wouldnt have thought to remove the door of the glovebox to investigate. I had a huge wad of paper napkins back there, sitting on my piping hot car. That was a huge fire hazard. I think our talk helped me figure out what to do next about my radio but her willingness to help so quickly wasnt about my radio. She was willing to go the extra mile and helped prevent something really bad happening as a result. She even gave me a Jeep duck (she owns the same truck). Thank you, Tracey! ???

Great experience at Mavis of Aberdeen. Very helpful, fairly priced and fast service. Will definitely return in the future.
