Quick turnaround, great service, and they have easy access to the common EV tires.

Fernando is hands down the best. Always gets me in, in a timely manner, and they are very friendly as well. Will be back with my cars.

Ive been a loyal Mavis customer for the past three years, specifically at the McArthur Road location for the last year. Until now, my experiences have been positive, but unfortunately, my most recent visit has caused me to question Mavis' integrity.I had a nail in the sidewall of my tire, so I called ahead to have them order a replacement. I requested that they call me when the tire arrived, so I could bring the car in. The next day, I never received a call, and when I followed up, I found out the tire had arrived hours earlier.When I brought my car in, the manager refused to take responsibility for the lack of communication, instead blaming another associate. The manager showed me the cost breakdown, with the tire priced at $350 and an alignment at $120, totaling $535. I asked if there was any flexibility in the pricing, and he told me there was none.I decided to call around to other local tire shops, and I received quotes for the same tire ranging from $250-$270, with alignments priced at about $100. When I shared this information with the manager, he insisted that there was no way to lower the price. I then contacted another Mavis location, just 10 minutes away, and they offered the tire for $250 and the alignment for $99.The store manager at my location showed little interest in assisting me since the sale was not his, and I am concerned about the pricing inconsistency and the misleading claim that there was no room for negotiation. This experience has raised concerns about price gouging and lack of transparency at this particular location, and I will be reconsidering future business with Mavis.

Went in on Sunday (3/23/25) to get a tire plugged. Something that should take 10 minutes right? Instead, I was told we had to make an appointment for Monday. Obviously if I am coming in on a Sunday for a tire plug it's because it is time sensitive and because I had a flat. Made the appointment anyways, my husband had to take off of work to accommodate. Complete waste of time. Was supposed to have an "appointment" at 2pm. My husband was there waiting for 30 minutes before he just went and asked for the keys back and left. Still no tire plugged.... and, now lost wages on top of it. Unfortunately customer service and work habits are not a thing anymore. Very very disappointed, will NOT be back!

Brought tire in for repair to 2301 Lehigh st location. They took tire in immediately and plugged it. Took maybe 20 minutes. Very satisfied. Highly recommended.

Brought our work truck in because the cel was on. They had me diagnosed and on the way in no time!
