Its rare to find this level of customer care but NTB in Alvin is top notch. I went to get an alignment and they could very easily have sold me one but they didnt. They also checked the rest of the front end for functionality and told me everything was great. I dont know another tire center that is this honest.

Splendid service Ive received from this location came in with 2 cars needing tires and got a got deal for 2 sets including an alignment and set of wipers , gave me info for further troubleshooting with a issue that was bothering me turns out some fuses but great job team ..

I want to start off with the fact that the lady on the front counter was wonderful, she was very patient and helpful. One service wage slave to another, kudos.Now, what really grinds my gears, is when i can hear somebody holding the trigger down on the impact touching my wheels, its the whole reason i dont deal with the chucklenuts at wallmart, i pay extra and my wheels come out scarred asf. Bro cane in and told me "the fronts were a little loose so i tightened them up for you" my brother in christ have you never heard of a torquespec? All 16 of my lugnuts were 80ft/lbs before you touched them and i had to hop on that shit when i got home to do my own alignment.On top of all that you cant even follow the arrows on the tires that tell you what direction they go? Like ffs come on bro.
