I might come back for a different service only cos theyre in a convenient location for me, but waiting for well over 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation feels a bit ridiculous, and they arent cheap either ($95 for full synthetic, and thats with a coupon). I might as well have just gone to the dealership. It makes me wonder how much longer I wouldve had to wait had I not asked for the status of my car 2 hours into waiting cos they hadnt even touched my car then..Tbf it was the weekend, but even then, Ive definitely gotten faster and cheaper reliable service elsewhere before. Disappointing experience considering their positive rating.

Very disappointed with the customer service here! I had drove to atlanta which is 2 hours away from my home and hit a pot hole and busted my tire. I called around and eventually ended up on the phone with which I thought was a person from this Mavis tire shop they assured me that they had two of the tires I needed in stock and would be able to purchase and have them put on upon arrival. As I got my car towed to this location I arrived and soon was informed that I was not talking to someone at the store but a representative from the call center in New York (the person on the phone was very misleading). I was also informed that my tires were not at this location and they had none in stock. The staff were acting very clueless and horrible customer service!! One of the employees had to drive to another Mavis Shop 9 miles away to get my tires. They asked me was I staying or leaving the car I told them I was staying. I a few minutes later I went to get some food thinking my car would be done by the time I came back. I came back maybe two hours later to be informed that my car has not been started on. Customers who arrived after me were being service way before I was and was able to pay and leave. I did not receive my car until 4 hours later after my original arrival time. None of the staff were apologetic, no sense of urgency knowing that we have been stranded, and no accommodations for their customers. Customer service was at a all time zero. I will be contacting corporate on this establishment as well as the New York call center. When I called them back to inform them about sending me to this location and not them not having tires they were very rude and seemed as if they could not help me or if it was not there fault.

I came here to get my brakes done. Tyrice was very nice and very helpful. I dont know anything about cars and he was very knowledgeable and informative. I would definitely recommend Mavis Howell Mill

He took the time to recommend the best options for my needs and made sure I was completely satisfied with my choice. Zae is an awesome dude man!!! I needed air and no where in the Howell mill area had properly working air pumps so as soon as I got to mavis he got me right!!He even took out too much air in some of my tires! :) definitely request him whenever you arrive!
