I feel like I was scammed. I went to the store to fix a simple problem with a dry nozzle that was leaking air.During my lunch break at work, because I had to travel the next day and needed the car ready. Believing it would be something quick, they took the car and took it for repairs. Soon after, I saw that the 4 wheels of my car had been removed (without my authorization, because I had already told them about the problem the car had and the wheel that needed to be fixed). The attendant came back and said that my brakes were bad and that they needed to be replaced. He took me to the car and showed me. (I do the maintenance of my car myself and rotated the tires 3 months ago.) I have the knowledge to say that the brake pads did need to be replaced, and that's what I agreed to do since the car was there and I wanted it safe for the trip. So I agreed to have the pads replaced.I authorized the work because I was told it would be done in 45 minutes (remembering that I was on my lunch break). After almost 3 hours of waiting and frustration, I went to pay for the service and to my surprise, the price of something that was supposed to be simple ended up being almost a thousand dollars. I asked to check it because I thought it was wrong and I was told the price was correct. I asked what had been done to the car and they told me they had changed the rotors (something I had not asked for and did not agree with) and they had changed the brake fluid (something I had not asked for and did not agree with). I felt really bad and if you check the security camera footage at the time of payment, you can see how frustrated I was. I asked for the old rotors to be returned and I was told that they had been damaged during removal by hammering and that it would not be safe to return them. In short, I was late for work because of the delay in returning my car and I needed to return to work immediately. I made the payment against my will and even after paying, the person who came out to test my car took more than 20 minutes because they had broken my hubcap and offered me a "different" one. I accepted. The person used my car to go buy the hubcap, exchanged it and returned. The new hubcap came cracked on one side (not solving my problem). When I got in the car to leave, I noticed that the tire pressure light was on and was told that I should drive it so that it would go off. Even so, I asked them to check the pressure and waited a few more minutes, which they didn't do. I ended up leaving extremely dissatisfied, losing half my work day and feeling robbed (I was already a Mavis customer, today I will not return and I will not recommend them to anyone else). The next day I checked the tire pressure myself and the light went off. (i.e. they did several things but a simple tire pressure was not carried out)

Jesus did a quick and efficient job replacing my front tire and balancing all of the tires to prevent the car from shaking when I break. I definitely recommend this Mavis location.

Incompetence is graceful when describing my experience at Mavis Tire. This was, without a doubt, one of the most frustrating experiences Ive ever had at an auto shop. I was quoted a 2-hour wait, but it ended up taking 4 and a half hourswith barely any updates unless I chased someone down.I asked for two tires to be replaced and for them to fill up another tire that had a slow leak. Simple enough, right? Apparently not, because they completely ignored the leaking tire and didnt even bother to fill it up. On top of that, they broke one of my tire sensors during the service. Instead of taking responsibility and replacing it for free, they had the audacity to act like they were doing me a favor by discounting itwhen they were the ones who broke it in the first place! Why should I be paying for their mistake?And as if all that wasnt enough, when they finally gave me my car back, I noticed the brand-new tires didnt even have valve caps. Seriously? I had to hunt down a technician just to get them back, because apparently, they couldnt be bothered to do the bare minimum.This place is a joke. If you care about your time, money, or your car actually being taken care of, go literally anywhere else.

Mavis is great! Affordable! Austin was so quick and efficient! 10/10 for tires and breaks!

I had the pleasure of going to Mavis in sandysprings and the manager is grateful he is very professional there was a customer in there his name was my Patterson that got mad bc he wasnt pull straight in and he got out of hand with Matt and he handled it personally and well I recommend him and his shop to all thank Mavis tires

DONT NOT BELIEVE THE 5 STAR REVIEWS. They are giving "discounts" for these reviews to make it seem like this location is being ran properly. The service was horrible I was told it would take a maximum of one hour to replace one tire. It ended up taking two and a half, I asked Matt why was it taking so long and he gave me attitude. So Matt was my main issue. I'll just say the other employees had to intervene because it was about to get ugly in there. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.

I personally recommend this establishment to anyone that owns a vehicle,this place have went above and beyond on all of the different repairs that I have gotten done over the years,they are very fare,knowledgeable and courteous and the prices are unbeatable as far as I'm concerned and the quality of work is stupendous,so take it from me please use this establishment for all of your vehicle needs...
