Great service and wonderful people they really made me feel great about my purchase. I came back again and got an oil change and tire rotation that was great but noticed a sound in the front and the wheel was shaking a bit, I came back the balanced the front wheels and fixed the problem really fast! I was super happy, I also brought my truck in to swap wheels out and they got that done in less than an hour

I had a flat so I went here first thing in the morning a few months ago before work. The girl at the desk was very nice and enjoyable. They fixed my tire and I was able to go on to work. I was pretty happy about them with that. A few weeks later my husband had the day off and wanted to wash my car for me so he gave me his to take to work. He found a slight bubble in the wall of a tire. It was only slight but we decided to get a new one on there any way. They kept him there way too long! They changed the tire and said he cross threaded the bolts that hold my tire on. We do rotate my tires but whenever we put the bolts on we always start it off by hand getting them as far on as we can before using the tools so dont blame us for cross threading them! He told them the same and made them fix it. They put it on a lift and apparently apply a lock when they do that and couldnt figure out how to get the lock off. After like 6 hours and more money than it should have been my husband was out of there. Something that should have been a simple fix became all that. After that, we wont be going back.

Service was great even thoought they were busy on saturday they took care of me in a timely manner and left me super satisfied keeping me aware of everything that was going on with my car

Walked in to get a tire replaced, took them only 20minutes and I was back on the road. Very honest and friendly highly recommend.

Very unsatisfied with the level of work performed at both Mavis locations. Bought four brand new tires at the Highland location. I was told the tire pressure sensor was broke at the Highland location and that I would need to drive the vehicle a few miles for it to reset.The sensor never reset. Brought it back when getting the second pair of tires put on a few days a later. They never fixed it then either. Two months later I bright it to get looked at at the Prairieville location, they call the location to see if I was telling the truth.Then they charge me $82 to fix a problem they broke. Their reasoning was that it could go out anytime.
