Mavis Tires and Brakes in Boiling Springs, SC

We had a flat yesterday morning so I called Mavis and they were able to take us in at 12:00 pm. They were very attentive and communicative about our vehicles needs. We are very thankful to have such a great place to go to especially during an emergency like that. Izel and Brittany are amazing people for helping us with our vehicles needs needs. Thank you both so much!

Mavis does not live up to the hype anymore.This is the second location that I've been to in this county that didn't refill my washer fluid, adjust my tires (I had to adjust them when I got home), told me they couldn't rotate my tires because one side had uneven tread. On top of that they tried selling me a brake flush because it was low and dirty (it's a 2019 I haven't even hit my service interval for that yet), said my brake pads were low (I just had them changed) and my oil change was still $107? How can I know you ACTUALLY serviced my car when you missed every other mark? I'll take my chances with Walmart before I return here

Brought my wife's car in for some work. Was greeted right away. Brittany took great care in making sure everything was done like requested. She was very professional and personable the entire time. I would definatly recommend this location to anyone wanting work done in a timely manner.

Had an emergency during a road trip and they got me in and fixed very quickly. Extra shout out to Dano and Tom.

I was told one price on the phone by the answering service out of NY. When I picked my tire it was $10 more. I was not told about a mounting fee nor a disposal fee. I won't go back.

Awesome customer service! Dan was very pleasant and took great care of my grandmother and myself. We have had all 3 of our cars serviced here in the last week. Dan made sure to work extra hard on all of our vehicles, taking care of them himself as he was short a couple of mechanics. We did have to wait a little while for everything to be completed but considering they were short staffed, had to order parts, and had to complete multiple things on each car, the time waited is more than understandable. They always made sure we were completely up to date on what was happening, what needed to be done, and accurate pricing. They even offered us a discount for us having spent so much time and money there. I will gladly wait a little longer to have quality service. Please, if you visit here and can tell they are understaffed, be patient. These men and women are working their tails off to make sure all vehicles and their owners get the care they need.
