Mavis Discount Tire in Pittsfield, MA

I went to Mavis tire and Pittsfield and I was extremely happy with my service I walked in bit of a mood because I had no idea what was going with my car, the young man in front I think his name was Dewey was super helpful and walked me through the process. He definitely helped change my mood around then the nice mechanic helped fix my car and walked me through that the problem was and I was back on the road again. Thank you mavis for your 5 star service and helping me get driving again.

I went there a couple weeks ago with my toddler, needing only a simple tire change. I had popped my tire and needed service immediately. I asked for a simple tire change and declined the free 5-point inspection upon consultation as I had an appointment to get to. I asked how long it would take and they told me 45 minutes which made no sense but I did not object. When I came back 45 minutes later with my small irritable child, my car was hoisted up to the ceiling with the hood open and the tire still not on. When I asked why my hood was open and why my tire was not on yet I was told that they were doing the five point inspection check that I had declined in the first place. When they noticed that I looked pretty upset they immediately put my tire on and had me out the door within the next 10 minutes. I am still to this day wondering why an inspection or any safety check was done on my car when I was previously asked if I wanted it and I had declined! I am also wondering still to this day why it took 45 minutes to put on a tire if I declined any complimentary 5-point check as well as a tire rotation and an alignment.

Went to Mavis for 4 tires, and these men wonderfully helped me. From the managers Danny, and dewey to everyone else Mario the mechanic and Nic, tire techs Noah and Wakean. Services and customer service was great as well. It did take a bit while they was busy but just show how much people appreciate their work and energy. Im a life long customer now as well!

I walked in to Mavis worried because I know labor cost a lot. I spoke with the Gentleman at the counter. He listened to me and understood my concerns. I had 1 flat tire and a valve stem that needed replacing. The wait was 2 hours. I left my car with them as I was in no rush. They were busy. Now I see why. (5?? service) I called at 5:30 and was told to come pick it up. I went back at 5:45. My Ford Edge was done. ?? Gentleman handed me my keys and said, all set! The way I was treated was so amazing. He didnt try to nickel and dime me. He told me exactly what was fixed. They went out of their way to make sure all my tires were good and safe. I would recommend Mavis to everyone. Its the best service. They go out of their way to make their customers happy. I am now a lifetime customer. Thank you Mavis for taking good care of me. I appreciate you.

Took a tire there for a patch and they were so nice! Dewey helped me and kept me up to date on what was wrong and what they were doing- how long it would take. They could not have been nicer! Thank you
