Mavis Discount Tire in Batavia, NY

Ordered new tires online on 2/9/2025 and set up an appt. For 2/16/25 for 9am. And it was confirmed. On Monday 9/10/2025 i called at 845 am and asked if I could get exhaust work done at the same time I had my tires done. They said it would not be a problem. I arrived at 830 in the morning for my 9am appt. When I told the person at the counter I was there for tires and exhaust he said the exhaust was not listed on the invoice. So they checked out my vehicle and said there was some issues and I needed parts. Tierods for front and rear forward lateral arms and trailering arms. We discussed it and deced we only had to do one of the rear items for the 4 wheel alignment. We schedule for the following Sunday at 11am or so I thought that's what he was doing on the computer. So I arrived there a 1030 am on 2/23/25 and was told I wasn't scheduled for anything and no parts had been ordered so I reschedule for that Thursday 2/27/25 for 4pm. I arrived at 345pm and was informed that they ordered wrong parts for rear. They did fix exhaust. I rescheduled for Saturday 3/1/25 for 1030am. I arrived at 1015. They put it it on the lift and I assumed they were working on it. About an hour later they came and told me that it wasn't bad tierod but ball joints instead. So back on t he 16th he had verbally quoted me around 1200 for the job including exhaust. He comes and asks if he ever gave me a price and I told 1200 dollars is what he said on the 16th then he told it was going 2800 .so nobody up front from the beginning and I put extra parts that we were not going do. Then he tried to tell that we discussed not doing knuckle joint and shocks and those were never ever mentioned. So they lie deceive and misrepresent the company in general. Ppl be careful dealing with these crooks.
