Having had a mechanic at Midas tell me I needed 30 parts & repairs made, most of which were in NO need of repairs, I was skeptical not going to my usual trusted mechanic. I was in a pinch and needed a place nearby as I had flat tires. I Googled a tire place and found one close by. The friendly, no pressure approach to informing me of the various tire options with prices and showing me his computer screen was neither aggressive or pushy as many garages and automotive service establishments can be. I was waiting so they got started on my car right away and about an 90 min later my car was ready to roll. Towards the end of that time I got a call about the batter stating it read low and asked if I wanted to replace it with "scaring" me with dead battery and stranded scenarios. I also was told my brakes were good with about 60% of life left in them ( Midas told me after an oil change that I was in danger of crashing with brakes this awful.) The gentlemen ( Art I recall his name being) came out with me to show me the wear on the treads and which tires were close to baled or bald. I decided to get all 4 replaced as the best tire was due for a replacement soon anyways and got a discount on the wheel alignment as recommended and usually standard after new tires being put on. Definitely will be going back.

I'd give them zero stars if I could. Set an appointment up 4 days before scheduled install date. And they couldn't bother ordering the tires until the day before appointment. No call to let me know that they can't do a simple job of ordering. The incompetence is amazing. Unprofessional and unacceptable. Never using this joke of a tire shop again. Discount tire here I come

I came in for a rideshare vehicle inspection. The staff was professional and knowledgeable. They told me what repair was needed and was done in a few hours.Price was very reasonable, and then I was back on the road. They even called me the same day to let me know that I had forgotten some personal belonging. Thanks to Cliff amd Jimmy and the rest of the guys!The place was very clean. Restrooms, too. The only thing missing was the snack/pop machine in the waiting lounge. The customers would very much appreciate it. ??

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! They misdiagnosed my 2011 Camry, came in with my check engine light on. Said it was an 02 sensor that needed to be replaced. No problem, took it in and in less than a month the check engine light came back on. Was told by the clerk there, ," It could be about 300 different problems when the check engine light comes on." Wrong, I have a diagnostic reader and the code was P0136. The same code that they were supposed to fix. Well it didn't happen due to the incompetence of the staff. I took it back again and they didn't fix anything and told me to take it to the dealer. I'm currently getting it fixed by an ACTUAL mechanic. I have the part and receipt and I hope corporate sees this, because I want my money back. Best part of all this, after I complained to the Bloomindale location, the clerk told me, "Good Luck," as if he didn't care. Much like this place didn't care for my car. Terrible service and terrible customer service!
