My man Joe got me in fast took care of what I needed done great customer service and was quick he's a lifesaver thank you so much!!

The gentleman at the Cuyahoga Falls store were excellent! They were very kind and patient with me, so that I would understand the tire service needed!

I just got an oil change at an unnamed place. Because it was due and I realized the slow leak I had in my tire for a few weeks now. Well lets just put it like this the tried to charge me 400 dollars for one tire. Not to 1. I told my older brother about this. He recommended NTB. First thing when I entered was I notice the cleanliness in the smell of the place smells pretty good here not like your average tire shop. Lol but they took really good care of me and offered me the same tire for a little more than half the price the unknown place. The customer service was exponential with a greeting and how they fully service the vehicle by checking tire, tread, air pressure and offer a complementary full service inspection on my vehicle. They really just relieved a whole lot of stress off of me with me being in the process of moving in expenses. Not being so costly at the moment. Thank you NTB tire. First let's start with facts, I purchased new tires in November. 40,000 mile warranty rotation every 5000. My husband noticed my front tires were bald in February so he took my car in to have the tires changed. The person working there said we went over 5000 miles. Because whoever sold him the tires put the wrong mileage down. So I went to the dealership my car was serviced at 3 days before tire purchase to get a print out of the correct mileage. At that point my husband had rotated the tires the week before but they changed them after proof their paperwork was wrong. Now here we are and my other set is bald now too. But these ppl said I've been my 5000 miles and then said my warranty was void because my husband had the rotation done. I havnt even gone 5000 miles from my purchase date. I'm trying to understand how many people you try to get over on every year. And why offer a warranty if you can't stand on it. Oh the kicker when I asked Jason for the corporate number he told me to Google it.

Michael and all of the techs were professional, great communication and treated my car like it was their own.

booked appointment online the day before and was in and out the next morning before a busy weekend! the staff was so friendly. they explained everything and answered my questions. would definitely recommend this location to anyone!

We were in a pinch and were losing air on our tire from a puncture at 8:00 PM. NTB Cuyahoga Falls was the only shop open that late, and they were extremely accommodating and were able to fit us in before they closed. Jason and Charlie did incredible work and we are incredibly thankful for their willingness and passion behind serving their customers right and helping out in a time of need. Thank you again, team! So thankful.

The service advisor Mike is very helpful and friendly to the customers. The guys in the back are awesome also. I came in on a Sunday to get my tires balanced and rotated and I was in and out in less then 30 minutes

Nathan was fantastic he got my car in quickly and at a great deal.he called when the car was completed . I also got a confirmation about my appointment. I highly recommend
