Ms.Tammie service was outstanding. . Love her her customer service was impeccable. I left the service in Calumet City to come all the way over to Matteson Illinois which is another 20 minutes to 30 minute ride. To receive this customer service like this I will be back.. Thank you Ms Tammy

Honestly they deserve 0 stars had to wait 21/2 hr for a tire change when they finally finished same bad tire was on car and they acted like they changed it so they took My new tire as if I was stupid and wouldnt notice and the receptionist Tammie claims she was at fault she wrote it wrong so I had to wait another 30 minutes horrible customer experience wont be returning

Leaving this review for Mavis Tires and Brakes in Matteson. I was very pleased with the customer service I received from the Manager Tammie and her lead mechanic David. They turned what was initially a stressful situation into something positive. Unbeknownst to me I'd spoken with someone at the call center instead of the store who quoted me a price that I thought would be my total. Once I arrived at the store, I was told the representative did not give me the full price as it did not include taxes and disposal fees. I'd asked on the phone several times what my total would be so to come in a get quoted a price that was nearly $200 dollars over that amount was upsetting. I asked to speak with the manager, after much discussion, Tammie agreed to give me the price I believed I was paying upon scheduling the appointment. I glad they chose to rectify the situation and not lose my business. My suggestion is to speak with someone at the store rather than the call center so that you can receive a more accurate price for your tires. Haven't tried out the new tires yet, I'll update the review once I do.
