NTB Tire & Service Centers in Murfreesboro, TN

I had a bad experience from Wal-Mart so I went to NTB and Jerri went out of her way to get the job done effectively and as quickly as possible. This is not my first time using this location and have always had good quality service. Edit..Went back to NTB for an alignment and tire balance and rotate on my other vehicle. I walked in at 5:30 when the sign says they close at 6. Chris came out of the shop and I told him what I needed and to my surprise he said no problem we will get right on it. Chris and John immediately pulled my vehicle in and got to work. They finished less than an hour later and didn't try sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. He did ask if I would like an oil change but when I said no thanks he said ok and moved on. No pressure! I really appreciate everything these guys did. Great attitude and great work. I totally trust them with my vehicle and will definitely be using them again. Thanks Chris and John!

They are the best in town

I was traveling through and I needed tires for my trailer. They didn't have it at that location so one of the worker drove his personal vehicle to their Nashville location and brought the tires and had me back on the road in very minimum time. Their service is outstanding.

The staff here are worthy of high praise. During our trip from California to Indiana and then to Pensacola, we started hearing a scraping noise. My husband discovered this establishment approximately an hour before closing time and explained our situation to Jerri, who invited us to visit. They promptly addressed our needs and got us back on the road quickly. I strongly recommend this establishment. THANK YOU JERRI.
