Worst experience ever Saturday, February 22, 2025. It took over an hour to get two tires mounted and balanced. Now come Monday. I have to take them somewhere else to get them rebalanced because they had no clue what theyre doing and theyre way off balance. Would not recommend them for nothing. If I could give negative stars I would.

Had my wife's car serviced. Mechanic came to me and said he broke the speed sensor and that they would have to order one and replace once it arrives. This happened in January. I have to call and or physically go by shop to get any answers on when this will be fixed. Very unhappy with there services. Issue still isn't fixed and I'm loosing patience.

Super unprofessional. An hour and a half after my appointment time they still had not begun looking at my car. I wanted to leave after an hour but didn't have my keys and I hadn't seen an office worker since shortly after I arrived. I had to start asking shop workers where the office workers were and they had no clue.

I got 4 new tires 1/26/25, as soon as I drove off the lot, the tire pressure light came on and no air was put in my tires. I went back and they put air in my tires and assured all would be good.I drove an hour away to Valdosta and on the way I got a flat tire. Fortunately I was able to stop at a gas station and get air, and drive to the Mavis in Valdosta. The mavis in Valdosta fixed my tire and all was well.The next morning, I woke up to another flat tire in my drive way. Unfortunately I did not have an air pump. I had to uber my son to school.I finally got it to the Mavis in Valdosta and they checked all my tires, apparently the Mavis in Thomasville didnt tighten the valve and air was leaking out all 4 tires. The Mavis in Thomasville has not rectified this situation. I have called and left a message for the manager, and no reply. We spent a lot of money on 4 new tires, and an oil change.I would not recommend them.

Slowest service ever , made a appt for 3 didn't take car in till 4 and took an hour to change 1 tire........ ridiculousThe level of incompetence is so crazy .

This a great and very honest business. We were traveling through town and caught a flat with no way to change the tire. We had to tow our car to the shop. They got us fixed up and back on the road in time to get to our destination. Thanks again
