Mavis Tires and Brakes in Anderson, SC

Okay, here's a review for a tire shop:I recently had an outstanding experience at Mavis tires and brakes. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They took the time to listen to my concerns about my tires. They give exceptional service and expertise making them my top choice in town!!!

I had a great experience here. They were helpful and friendly. Quick fix as well.

These guys are awesome!

Went in for an alignment, there was nothing wrong. They told us so and didn't charge a penny.

Called and they said to come in. Arrived and waa treated with 5-star service. Jordan was great, friendly and staff was thorough. We will return.

Excellent service! Very easy to work with these guys listen to your needs.2nd time in, different car this time. In and out in 15 min! They found the slow leak in my tire that's been bugging me for months and patched it. Def my go to tire place!

Missed work today because of my online appointment I had made at this business went wrong, after waiting on my car to be serviced for an alignment appointment I made online I had to wait hour and a half before they took the car back then I told him to put two new tires on the front of the car while doing the alignment so they could have a proper alignment. So they put the tires And when was checking me out, decided to let me know they could not put an alignment on my car because my tires were in such awful shape. Geniuses! So today on my way to work with my wheel about to fall off my car I noticed that my new tires they sold me so I could have my alignment done. Were worn out so bad on the inside that the wires were hanging out. So I dont know if selling someone tires so they could have their alignment done and not aligning. The car is a scam or just poor customer service either way I feel like Ive lost money for tires and a day of work dealing with this place.

I was not please with this location. It took an hour and a half for them to change 4 tires, nothing else. The shop was empty of other customers. While 1 guy was doing all the work, the other 3-4 guys just stood around talking. It took 1.5 hours for 4 tires. This shouldn't have taken more than 40 mins.
