I went to get tires put on my car at a different business, and they didn't have my tire size after paying for them on line the day before. I was really upset ??. That's when I pulled into Mavis Tire, which gave me the best greeting. I spoke to the manager, Johnathon, which helped me with everything, not just tires. He gave me a specific time that the work would be done, and it was exactly as he said. His entire crew is about their business. 5 STARS for Johnathan and his crew. Just know I will be back, and I will send some business that way.

Everytime I visit this location its smooth. Ms. K is nice, helpful and very knowledgeable. The men work very diligently . They recommended different options and informed me on the repairs I may need even in the near future .

Went in an hour before closing time to change two tires, and they were able to squeeze me in. Ms. K especially helped me figure everything out so I would be stress free!

The Manager, Jonathan and his staff and the awesome mechanic that worked on my jeep, we're very professional and really took care of me and my jeep. Well I just moved her from Colorado and had a real bad blow out. Didn't know what to do with my car. So I took it to Mavis, and The store manager Johnathan, he is amazing. He promise me that he was going to take good care of me. And he did, I just like to say that you guys go a really good store manager in him. And I will trust him with my range rover now. He's my manager note that I'm here in Atlanta. And he's macanic from now on. A real strong store manager. He had a good crew as well. And Ms.K is really awesome too. I will be back. Mr. Strickland

Today I had to go get new rotors and brake pads for my car. Ms. K is a very good customer advocate for your company on the front line. She made sure that I knew everything needed to know about my car and that was my second time dealing with this young lady. She does a very good job in getting every customer she comes in contact with a clear conception of their problems and then makes your day a little less hectic.
