Mavis Tires and Brakes in Rome, GA

Stopped in for a tire repair (which is listed on the website). Said we needed two front tires (which we dont). Wouldnt repair the tire. It is the original tire and it has 26,000 miles. Not interested in repairing only selling. A repair would have led to a sell in the future. Will definitely not be back.

Great customer service. Told me they could get my car done today then called me 30 mins after letting me know that it was done. Fast and efficient

Came in with a leaky valve stem, quick and excellent service. Could not recommend here more, have used them several times and always friendly staff and great service.

I worked at a dealership until 2019. When I left the dealership I needed a new maintenance/repair shop and chose Mavis. Every dealing I had was good. There was even a time when I advised them the control arm was bad and needed replaced. They called and said it looked good and went along with the brake job. After test driving it, they called back to let me know the control arm did indeed need work and since I advised of that I did not have to pay labor. So still, they had my trust.Yesterday I went for a tire repair. Just needed a patch. They came out there with the little stick to see if the tread was "safe" and told me they would not do the repair it would have to be a tire replacement due to a bad alignment all my tires were pretty bad. They did my alignment (awhile back) and I've hit a curb here and there so I'm not sure if its totally on them. I almost did it but my gut told me get a second opinion.I went to Sam's and it was repaired for free. I was advised the tread on my back tires was fine but I could use new front tires.Every shop might have different protocols on what's deemed "safe" but I do feel like they were just trying to upsale me.

Excellent and fast service, got me in same day for an inspection.

Charlie and his team were friendly, polite and definitely customer focused. He had my car on the lift shortly after arriving. The tech took my tire off to check it for nails, cleaned out the fix a flat, etc. After telling me there wasnt a problem with my tire, he explained why my tire sensors were going off. He even told me how to use their free air tire system out front. After all of that, he didnt charge me a dime. In this day and age when people price gouge, I was pleasantly surprised by his generosity. He has definitely earned my business. I know where Im going when I need tire and brake work down!!

Way better service and less of a wait time. I wont take my vehicle anywhere else!

Wont bother to put a sticker in your window, check tire levels, or refill your wiper fluid during an oil change.
