When I walked into Mavis tires Keith ask me if everything was alright. I wanted to cry in my mind I have no choice but to trust him. I had my oil changed in Decatur Ga just before an hour drive my oil light came on. I couldn't believe it. I explained this to Keith, as welcoming he was made me felt I would be able to trust him me being a woman.When they put my car on the lift to see where the leak was coming from Keith showed me how the oil was just pouring out. To find out the company in Decatur Ga made a mistake in changing my oil and filter. I've delt with many car repair companies, Keith went over and beyond to make sure I would be back on the road and the job done right.I travel to SC a lot. I am here to tell all of you that live in the surrounding area to patronize this location. You can tell when a person loves what they do and have the knowledge as well.It's been two days now and no oil leak.

Was on our way to North Carolina for a quick girls trip and had some issues with the back tire. The guys here were awesome!!! They got us in right away and fixed the issue. Wonderful service! If I lived in the area this is where I would be! Thank you thank you thank you!!! So appreciative!

On a girls trip and we heard noise so we stopped here and the guys were great they cleaned the undercarriage and we are all good. Thank you so so much. Excellent service

Im not sure if people still read these but I wanted to share my experience. I made a four oclock appointment last week for a new set of tires I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment and saw that the first bay by the office was open so I figured it would be quick the mechanic waited till 4 on the dot to pull my truck in that same bay I excepted that he may have been doing other things but when he pulled in he was clearly not familiar with a manual transmission as he proceeded to rev and let off while riding the clutch.. I waited around while he talked to a non customer outside the shop for the next 30 minutes when I questioned the acting manager dude went to work but he lifted the hood and started testing my battery and checking oil instead of changing the tires which was the service I was paying for he wasted another 10 minutes!!! When he finally started to put my truck on the lift I canceled the service and told the manager to remove my truck from his shop they were not very concerned with losing a 500+ sale I definitely do not recommend this business do yourself a favor and find a small lccal shop and not a chain .

I came in yesterday for an oil change and an alignment. I had one done last year and the alignment guy was awesome. When I got there, I was greeted by him. Ben is his name. I asked if he would be working on my car, but he sees over the shop or something now, but he assured me everything will be done accordingly and he will double check it. I got my oil change and alignment done. It was done quickly and he overlooked everything. Great service and Ben is so knowledgeable about cars. He will help that store go far! Thanks Ben and team for getting me back riding smoothe again.

I had a flat tire and took my car to Mavis Tire & Brakes. They helped me right away and got it changed fast. Everyone was friendly and made the whole thing simple. I really appreciate the help!

I went in for a set of brakes and had great customer service from the entire staff. Jay was very fast and helpful with questions I had. Will definitely be going back!
