Mavis Discount Tire in Brooklyn (Penn Ave), NY

Purchased tires from mavis. Purchased the warranty and everything else they sale. Wheel alignment, balancing, etc. Thought I had a nail in the tire due to tire being low. The guy brings me to the service area to show me my tires were worn down on one side, then proceeded to tell me I need a wheel alignment. I asked them how is that possible when I purchased a wheel alignment in October of 2024. They said the wheel alignment service that they offer is only good for 90 days. The lady is telling me about recommendations suggested from them in 2023 in hopes of trying to offer an excuse why the wheel alignment didnt work. I explained to her that I got everything done on the car, new shocks, struts, rotors, and brakes all around. She then asked when and where I got them done. I replied my mechanic and to show her my parts receipts. I got the vibe they were trying to avoid the warranty to try and sell me some tires. At that point, I told them to bring my car out. I will take it elsewhere. I called customer service and they handled the situation accordingly. I am on my way to the Utica Ave store to be serviced the right way. I will NEVER spend a dime at that Pennsylvania store again. Sad, because the last time I was there the guy that was working there provided exceptional service.

Left work had low psi. When I parked woke up to a flat ??. Came here because it had the highest reviews in the area. They repaired my tire in under 30min. The technician showed me where my tire was damaged and I was told the possible price beforehand which was nice. No bait and switch. Also was in and out was good as new ! Came back after 25mi recommend to get lug nuts retorqued was in and out in about 10min. If you need a repair or replacement this is a great place to go. Staff is very polite and professional. Thank you all !

Quick hassle free service. I recently had a nail in one of my mavis tires. I called them to verify that I had my warranty on the tires that I purchased 2 years ago. Took the car in and they removed the nail for me with no problem. They also checked for nails in all of the other tires. All within 20-25 minutes.
