I came in needing wipers and Jennifer hooked me up. While I was there I also priced tires. I was a little nervous about getting the right tires and she helped me all the way. I will be back to get them very soon I would recommend them to everyone

I had rotors and brakes put on at John Creek location in 2023 and have brought it back twice (using Calhoun location because it is closer ) issues with my brakes -now saying I need new rotors and no I dont ride the brakes I have a sensor for my insurance -do not use brakes service from Mavis in general -maybe on tires but not brakes

For $125 dollars I got a tire replaced, 3 out of 5 lug nuts werent torqued to spec there was a clip weight on the OUTSIDE of my aluminum wheel and the tire wasnt at the manufacturer recommended 35psi additionally the valve stem cap was missing. I know this is knit picking but still I will pay the money but I want it dont correctly so I dont have to worry about something silly happening

Heading South from Cincinnati on our way to Florida, and I noticed a flat on my 5th wheel when I stopped at Bucee's. I found these guys on Google and called. They said they would take a look. I had just enough room to get my rig in the lot, and thankfully, they were able to help. I had a bad valve stem. They got me back on the road quickly. I really appreciate the manager and the two guys who worked on my tire. It was no charge to my surprise! I gave them a tip and was on my way. Thanks again, all.
