Mavis Tires and Brakes in Cambridge, MA

Went in this morning for a flat tire after hitting debris on the highway. Got there shortly after opening, and they were able to take care of me in a little over an hour (even on a holiday weekend). The assistant manager Elest was fantastiche listened to my concerns and was very transparent about everything. The service manager Cal took the time to make sure that nothing else on my car got damaged from the debris. She also let me know some parts on my car I'd probably need replaced/looked at soon, but there was no hard sell or anything. The price was super fair. Overall, really happy with my experience there, and I'll be going back next time my car needs new tires.Edit: Just went back to this Mavis after a year and a half, and I'm happy to report that I still received excellent and transparent service, this time from Kurt.

Do not trust your vehicle with this shop. I brought my car in for a tire mount and balance, and it was returned with a damaged rim. I observed the technician driving erratically and at high speed, with loud music, before the car was returned to me. When I pointed out the damage, the technician immediately denied it. While the manager apologized and didn't charge me, the damage to my rim remains. Additionally, they unnecessarily changed my music volume. This experience was incredibly frustrating and showed a complete lack of respect for my property.

had to come and sit with my car for a few hours on saturday and I am super satisfied with all the help I received! I thought it was only my breaks but there was other things that needed fixing too. everything was explained to me beautifully and my car drives wonderfully now. thank you for all the help!!

The guaranteed vehicle is not decided by looking at paper. They decide without checking the vehicle, I recommend other branches.

I was very desperate to get a tire fixed before an important trip. The folks at Mavis were very polite and accomodating to my last minute call and got my tire patched up on the same day. 10/10 I would come back here for any tire related jobs anytime.
