I have always had a wonderful experience with this place. I had a nail in my tire and came here and they plugged it for free! I was so happy I had to leave a review and will be back! I recommend this place to anyone who wants good customer service.

So.. I bought a 2008 Lexus IS at the I-DEAL cars. After a week later the tire symbol came on. TMS failure, I-DEAL cars refered me to Jack Williams down the street (Trindle Rd). They quickly fixed it. I've been coming back here ever since. Bought tires, done inspection and oil change.MAVIS bought Jack Williams but the service is still top notch.Today 3/27/25 I needed 4 TMS sensors changed, Jesse the manager went out of his way to go over every detail. Since I bought the last sensor here he gave me a discount as well... Basically 4 sensors for the price of 3. Very friendly, genuine people and a great place for services that you can't do in your garage.

I came in today and was greeting two very pleasant, competent workers - Andrew andJesse. They helped me right away and even reminded me that I was due for a tire rotation. I think it may be new management and Im pleased with the manner and genuine concern they demonstrated for their customers and their needs. I enjoyed their senses of humor, as well!
