I am extremely frustrated and shocked by the policy at this Tire Kingdom location. I purchased tires with a 65,000-mile warranty, expecting the company to stand behind their product. However, after some time, the tires began to separate, creating a serious safety hazard.When I brought my car in, the employee was polite but informed me that the store no longer honors the warranty because the store was purchased by another company. He explained that they no longer have access to the warranty information and that I would need to contact the tire manufacturer myself to handle the issue.While I understand that this was not the employees fault, the stores policy is completely unacceptable. A warranty should mean something, and customers should not be left stranded due to a company's internal changes. The fact that I was forced to drive home on unsafe, defective tires is outrageous and shows a complete lack of concern for customer safety.I have used Tire Kingdom before and the service and employees has been great but this is not what I expected.3/3/2025After days of not having my car operating safely. I received a call from a Mavis rep called Dennis asking me for pictures of the affected tires. I sent it to him only for him to tell me that the reason my tires are faulty is because my car needs to be aligned. I tried to explain to him that my car was running fine until the tire belt shifted causing the tire to separate. My car has no issues with alignment. My car alignment is fine because the tires were worn evenly and I had no complaints about that before the tire belt separated. They are 7/30 second all the way across. What Dennis is telling me doesn't make and I was not able to use my car for work.I'm still waiting on them to honor their warranty.

Came in to have my sensors replaced and they were very helpful and getting them done and a great time frame.

Came in for an oil change and was out in an hour. Great service. The store and shop are very clean. Travis was very helpful
