Bought new tires there. But they over tightened a lug nut and stripped the post. Then they denied doing it. It cost me to have it repaired somewhere else. Bad business.

Irvine, who took care of my problems, was a very decent gentleman and completely solved my problem very well. I'll definitely visit again for any future issues and also recommend to my friends and family to visit NTB in case of any car problems.

Great staff and excellent service

The NTB in Carrollton, TX got the battery I needed for my Tahoe in quickly and got me out of there fast. I appreciate that they worked me in while there were longer tire-related jobs going on, and dropping a battery in can be done quickly.

2 stars because of the great service up front but can't say the same with one guy in the back. First off, I get there with my 14' box truck and the left side parking lot is full and there's a car in the way so I can't park there and I also can't park in the front because the truck will stick out. So I got over to the right side parking lot and start parking my truck. Some guy comes out all offended telling me I can't park there cause that's employee parking only (yet no signs at all stating that's employee parking only). I told him I can't park it in the front because it'll stick out and there's no space on the other side. He told me it'll fit in the front that he's parked vans bigger than my box truck up there (straight up lie, how would a van be bigger than a box truck) but that I can't park there, again, cause it's employee parking. Okay, didn't know they were that defensive over parking. So I park it in the front head on and sure enough it's sticking out of the parking spot creating a nuisance. Anywho, I walk inside and leave the truck there to be serviced. I come back later and guess what? The box truck is parked INSIDE the parking spot. Looks like the guy really wanted to make his point that the truck could fit in the spot, but I already knew what had happened. Dude backed my truck 3 to 4 feet into the bushes. Now I have a rear view camera so this would've been clearly visible but the guy obviously didn't care. So I will not be returning to this place at all, the last thing a customer expects when pulling up to a place is confrontation then for their vehicle to be parked in the bushes. Completely unacceptable, luckily my truck wasn't damaged but I can't say the same about the bushes. Pictures attached.
