Awesome work!

The NTB /Mavis on Towne Village Drive (Cary, NC) did an excellent job completing maintenance on my Mercedes Benz today (4/8/2025). The all synthetic oil change and filter was completed in a timely manner along with an overall vehicle check. Nikki, (manager), and David (mechanic), were both very professional and ensured my car was service properly - at a very resonable price. There were recommendations for the future but no "up-sale" tactics like I have experienced in the past at other car maintenance businesses - including MB dealerships. I will be returning again to this NTB/Mavis business for tires and mechanical issues that may arise. Thanks for a great job! Dom C.

I made an appt to have a tire repaired (screw in tire) on my Jeep Sahara. Lauren was super friendly when I arrived, and took my car back to the shop immediately. Joey is the tech that worked on my tire. Unfortunately, the tire that had the screw in it is the same tire I previously had patched due to a nail hole. Incredibly, the location of the screw was right next to the patch...cannot have two patches right next to each other as the integrity of the tire is diminished. Joey mounted my spare tire on my Jeep so I could drive to the Jeep dealer to buy a new spare tire (Jeep had the tire in stock). After mounting the spare on my Jeep, Joey carefully put my rearview camera back in place and checked/adjusted the air pressure in all 4 tires. I told Lauren I would come back up to the front desk to pay and she told me there was NO CHARGE since they did not replace my tire with a new one. I was so surprised I was not going to be charged for the time Joey spent on my Jeep! Any other place would have charged a labor fee. Great customer service, and friendly employees! I highly recommend this NTB location. If the need ever arises, I will bring my Jeep to this location!!

My two most recent experiences here were awful. One visit was a simple oil change that ended up taking a full 5 days to finish. Then I called and made an appointment to get my A/C worked on only to show up the next day to be told "we don't work on that." The work they do is mediocre at best and are very unreliable with how long it takes. Literally take your car anywhere else
