Got an oil change here for the first time today and everything went great! Quick, easy, and excellent service

My whole overall experience was amazing. I have three cars that I currently use. My two sedans have been having some mild issues and I brought them in for a second opinion. Upon going through the young lady at the front desk was very polite upon entry and very helpful when I wasnt sure of certain things. Upon doing an inspection, they told me something that the dealer had told me was wrong was just not properly installed. They fixed that issue and helped me resolve an issue with my suspension. The price I was quoted was well below what the dealer had offered for something that wasnt even wrong. The whole process was seamless and well communicated through out. They showed me what was wrong vs what it was supposed to look and sound like and verified that things were to my liking. Will definitely bring my cars here from now on.

I brought my car to NTB because it was vibrating and squeaking when I used the brakes. After their inspection, I was told by the mechanics that it was caused due to worn out brakes and rotors as I expected. So we scheduled for the next day at noon for brake and rotor change and they said it should be done by the end of the day, so I called them around 8:15 PM as they close at 8:30 PM. I was told that they had complications and couldn't finish the job that night and could finish the next day. There were something else they found out and didn't tell me after inspection but they said they will honor the price they quoted me. The next day I got a call that my car was ready to be picked up. I got my car but they had not done everything that was supposed to get done (specifically the caliper slide pins). They had not lubed the back pins and we scheduled to do so at a later date. I returned to get the back pins lubed and got my car back the same day.Not even a month later the brakes were squeaking terribly. So I brought my car back in to have it evaluated. I was told that the caliper (quoted at about $320) was the problem which should have already been replaced last time. But I couldn't see eye to eye as my car had been in the shop on 3 different occasions within the month. So I got my car back with no work done this time and went to other mechanics for them to tell me that the brakes and rotors that were installed were a very low quality. I got the brakes replaced at a different mechanic with better brakes and the squeaking has ceased. Also, the mechanics told me that only one slide pin had been lubed in the back, not both, which was supposed to be done originally. I asked for a refund on the brakes but all they told me that they could do was upgrade my brakes for free. After I was told the caliper was the problem and it wasn't I can't bring myself to leave my car at a NTB shop now or in the future.Also, they never called me to give an update except when my car was finished. We paid for 2 sets of new brakes and labor in a month as well. If I didn't bring my car to another mechanic I would never have been told it was because of the brakes and rotors, but instead because of the caliper.Below are pictures of the new brakes that NTB installed ( you can see chips and cracks on the brakes). I haven't even driven 500 miles on these brakes.

Hello, this review is a little unique because I honestly started constructing my review before I even received service or pricing from this NTB location because of their ultimate professionalism. Ms. Kat, Mr. Mayfield, and Ms. Ahdia from the beginning of me scheduling my appointment with Ms. Kat over-the-phone to meeting them in-person for my scheduled appointment, I was grateful! From the moment I called to make the appointment Ms. Kat immediately helped me by informing me that if I made the appointment online I could save money on the service I needed. I felt gratefulness and immediately felt her kindness and smile over the phone. On the day of my appointment, I arrived early and Mr. Mayfield greeted me and patiently listened as I explained my needs and potential warranty concerns. Long story short, I received more than just help but was shown what I needed HONESTLY and would I could wait and watch to get later. The mechanic Ahdia was great, focused, and skilled. I watched him take care of my car and others cars with such precision. In a world full of complaints and frustrations I wanted to take a moment and COMPLIMENT this particular work crew that I had the pleasure of meeting and servicing my car today. I encourage NTB to continue to hire, support, shout-out, celebrate, appreciate, and promote individuals like them (Ms. Kat, Mr. Mayfield, & Ms. Ahdia). They are dedicated workers who are timely and ultimate professionals.

Mr. Mayfield and M's Katzin were friendly and most professional in service to me. This Dennis Johnson, they are now and future assets to this Industry. Thank you, much for service with my vehicle.

Same day all 4 tire appointment and oil change. It was quick and easy best price I've found in the surrounding area. Would definitely recommend.
