The staff was knowledgeable, Mike kept his word and honored the brake coupon. I was also impressed because he got the rotors done ina reasonable amount of time. I cant say enough good things about Mike and the rest of the staff at Mavis Centereach. After getting the complete runaround from the dealership regarding my sons car, I was beyond frustrated. Mike and the team went above and beyond to make things right. Mike personally took the time to find the right parts we needed and even went to another location to get the correct tire ensuring the car was fixed the same day. Their kindness, efficiency, and willingness to help truly meant the world to me. Such an easy process. I made my appointment super easy on the website for 9am Mike at the front desk is awesome! He gave me a courtesy reminder phone call before my appointment. I know nothing about cars/parts or anything auto, but Mike made sure I knew exactly what I was paying for.There was another Manager there and he actually brought me to the back to make sure I truly understood what Mike was saying lol so needless to say, amazing service & my car is riding great

Had a flat tire, they gave me my options. I ended up choosing to take the car to the place I originally got the tires from (bad choice). I went back to Mavis and they fixed it right away. Great Customer Service - they really went above and beyond. Thank you again!

I had such a pleasant experience here! I had originally called and spoke to Devin about having my safety lug nuts removed without the safety key due to it being damaged. He told me to come in and he would help me out! This was the third and only place that said they could do it. Everywhere else I called told me the lug nuts would have to be cut off therefore damaging my rim and potentially my tire. When I got there Mike behind the desk was helping me and answering all my questions. He was very nice and very helpful. They got my car right in and got all five lug nuts off without all the damage that every other place was saying would happen. VERY happy with how everything turned out. This was my first time here and it will not be my last! Big thanks to everyone at Mavis in Centereach.

I went here on September 4th to have my brakes done and then they said I needed calipers and rotors and the whole nine yards. I spent just under $1,200. Then January 9th I went back because I had my oil changed. The mechanic that changed my oil said I need brake pads. I thought that sounded wrong since I just had them done 4 months prior and drove about 12,000 mi. So I brought the car to Mavis on 1/9 I did need brakes again. They blamed it on New York driving. And that I must be breaking really hard so it was my fault the brakes went in 12,000 mi.Today I had my oil changed. I need brakes again. I called up Mavis to find out what my mileage was since I just had my brakes done 6 weeks ago. I have now driven 5,400 miles since they replaced my brakes. Brake pads should last anywhere between 20,000 to 70,000 mi give or take. Driving 12,000 mi or 5400 mi and needing new brakes is unacceptable in my opinion.I obviously will not be going back there ever again. Today the guy said it was possible I got faulty brake pads. At least that gentleman didn't blame it on my driving.
