Mavis Tires and Brakes in Charlotte (University), NC

I have nothing but good things to say!!! I am not from the area and experienced a blowout on the highway during my stay. After visiting a different location very unhappy due to the poor customer service, I came here and immediately was understood, appreciated, and understood by Aaliyah! Her customer service was above and beyond and she made sure that I was able to get a tire promptly and was able to problem solve with me due to confusion around the warranties. I am very grateful and want to give an huge and amazing shout out to Aaliyah. Thank you for everything, you very much deserve a raise and praise from your manager!

I had the pleasure of meeting Rebecca today. I came in today Friday 02/14/2025. I needed my brakes done. Rebecca was so nice and professional. She was all by herself and still did a great job. My wait time was minimal and she walked me through everything. I was nice to be greeted with a smile. I'd definitely recommend Mavis and I'd definitely tell everyone to ask for Rebecca..updateIm back up here on 3/21/2025. My brakes still squeak at every stop. Not very happy after paying all that money and having to waste another day up here. Rebecca is still wonderful. This is about the work on my carnoI wont get anything else done here and I wont recommend. Before looking at my brakes the second time, they immediately suggested an oil changehow aboutfix the original problem 1st. I had an oil change last week. The notification just wasnt turned off. Theres no way Mavis checked my oil that fast. They went based off the notificationanother way to get more money out of me. No bueno..missed some time off of work 3/24 again. They did a great job trying to fix the situation. I hope I dont hear my brakes squeaking anymorebut still..Id never go back. Too time consuming going back and for the money spent. And to think that I avoided the dealership for this bad experience because of cost.

I got a flat tire yesterday, within the hour I rushed to mavis for a new tire and they did it in under 30min!! I was extremely grateful for not only their help, but their kindness and consideration for knowing I was in a rush! Rebecca and Elijah gave phenomenal customer service! I always choose Mavis!

Came in expecting to have to replace a whole tire or more, but they were quick and honest and got it all patched up for $10. Very friendly, to boot! Would recommend.
