I have to say we tried to avoid Mavis, thinking it was super expensive. We went over to Walmart, told them about the screw in the back tire .. we're losing air fast. They said 'sorry, appointments only'. No other choice, Mavis in Clayton is right across the way. WHY did we avoid this place?? They had our car in lickety split!! Fixed within 30 minutes!! And we still had money to go shopping!! ?? They will have our business again! Thank you, Ryan, you are the kind of manager every business needs! And your team is awesome!!!!

Mavis Tire in Clayton NC came through for me. I came in with a nail in my tire and the Manger name Ryan helped me out. He was very helpful and made sure I was assisted.

I had the best experience at Mavis Tires and Brakes! My tire popped and I lost my wheel lock! Ryan was so helpful and was able to help me right away! Not only was he able to have the locks removed but he gave me a great price on tires! I was so stressed out because this was so unexpected but he help me feel at ease and Im so grateful! Great customer service!

My wife drove out of the gym in downtown Clayton and heard the unmistakable sound of an object in the tire (this is from prior experience).She pulled over and saw it.I called Pep Boys in Clayton but the person that answer the phone didnt sound too eager to help.I called Mavis Tires and spoke with Ryan, the store manager.He said bring it in and well take care of you.Ryan and his team are top notch and customer service centric.If you need tires, go see Ryan at Mavis Tires, located across from Walmart in Clayton.

A wonderful place to shop for Tires. I needed 4 new tires for my Ford Explorer..I was going back and forth on Google trying ro decide which brand to get. Robin came to my rescue. She helped me assess my mileage etc and we decided on the perfect Brand. I am thankful for Robin and her team

Very disappointed in every interaction with two different Mavis locations. I would drive 100 miles for service just to avoid Mavis. I was overcharged $9,000 on one trip. I was charged twice for back struts and the car drive like a go-cart. Had to have it re-done at Quality Auto. Took the car in today because one tire on the back wore out too fast. Only drove 12,000 miles on it and they wont warranty it. NEVER GO TO MAVIS!!! Never!!!

Finally a great place to get my vehicle service. Fresh oil change and some tires for truck. Robin and Ryan and their team are very professional and knowledgeable on the service they sell. Prices are very comfortable.
