Mavis Tires and Brakes in Milledgeville, GA

I took our Toyota Avalon in for an oil change and tire rotation, which took right at an hour. However, they found a broken right front axle and I was able to get prices negotiated down to match the competition.I was told one hour to complete the extra service. It took three hours total, but still very thankful they were able to do it that day while I was there. They do have a comfortable waiting room with s TV, desk with charging stations, and restrooms.Great, friendly service from manager, c/s at desk, and mechanics!

Jessica and the store manager (another nice lady) were professional, helpful and knowledgeable. They were attentive to everyone in the shop wait area. I believe they were short staffed that day, but my services were still handled in a timely manner. Ill be a returning customer. Mechanic on duty was honest and showed me my old parts. They didnt try to sell me on services I didnt need.

Bought a full set of tires, air kept going out, they forgot to put cap back on and went back to get one they gave me a cheap one I drive a Toyota, went to get my oil changed months later where I get it changed for the part 11 years they found that there were to many weights on the tires, that was 60 more $, after I left there went to mavis tried to explain and she didn't want to listen, I ask kindly to call corporate she did, they are refunding my $60 . WaitingNever will go there againHire people that know how to work with tires had to give 1 star to post0 ??
