Mavis Tires and Brakes in Thomasville, GA

I gave this review of one star because on April 1 2024 I had new tires put on my Nissan pickup and the center caps were destroyed and they didn't even tell me and when I got home I noticed two of them missing on passenger side and the other two were cracked. So I went back to the store and they told me they forgot to notify me And they would replace them. So waited a couple of months and they never called. I went back to the store and they first didn't know what I was talking about and then I was told they did receive them but someone sent them back and they would reorder them. And then I told them I need new tires on my Silverado and they some sort of B.S. discount and Isaid I'll wait until I got my center caps. Never got my caps so I went elsewhere and bought tires. I was very disappointed!

Had several things done to my vehicle & the new manager was extremely helpful & explained everything to me so that I could understand. Definitely a HUGE improvement from 6 months ago when I was in there. Will definitely be coming back!

Terrible customer service!!! Scheduled to get new tires and an oil change. When we arrived the associate at the counter was being rude to a customer in the lobby, not knowing what happened between them we did not think much of it. Once we got to the counter the associate barely acknowledged us and acted as if we were bothering him. Once we started giving him information he just walked away and got on the phone to order oil. Apparently they ran out of oil so despite us having a scheduled appointment they were not prepared. We asked politely if this was going to take long and very rudely he said the tires take a long time. At this point we had enough of this awful service and decided to leave although we had planned our day around getting these services done. Mavis lost $1000+ of business due to this poor customer service. If you are in Thomasville go to Singletary Tires as they have been very responsive.

I wnat to give a huge shout out to ZAY and his team! I was on a business trip with a rental car and ran over something in the road which caused two tires to mostly deflate. Not being near home, I did not know where to go. After asking around, I was recommeded to Mavis. It is a busy location on a Friday and Zay was able to work his magic and fit me in, somehow. They expertly fixed my TWO flat tires and I was able to get back on the road for the four hour trip back home. He was very aware of my situation and constantly gave me updates on where they were in the process. I also noticed that he was doing that for every customer in the shop. Really great service! The shop itself looked well staffed, it was clean, and I would recommend them highly!!Thanks,gg

DON'T LET THEM TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE! Guarentee to go back I'd you do. Buying tires here is a good option however I'm not sure if they are that cheap.

Service was outstanding! We showed up unexpectedly with a nail in our tire on a very busy day. We were told it would be close to 2 hours but the accommodating and courteous staff were able to take care of us within an hour. Multiple staff members checked on us and had us back on the road as soon as possible. Definitely recommend this business for your tire needs!
