We towing a 10,000 lb camper trailerUpon arrival, I noticed my trailer tires were worn, and my truck tires were iffy, so we decided to replace all 8 tires while there.We went to NTB and ordered 8 tires, WHICH arrived the next day.The trailer was too big to safely maneuver in their lot, so I had those 4 tires installed by another outfit.NTB installed the truck tires. When I left, I took the truck for the test ride since it felt good and smooth. I went to where we were staying.Upon arrival, I noticed the rear tires looked low, so I checked the tire pressure. The rears were 28lbs and 38 in the fronts. Dangerous.The required tire pressure on my Ram 2500 is 80lbs in the rear and 70 lbs in the fronts.I went back to NTB, and they apologized and filled tires up to correct pressure. After taking a test drive, the truck had a major wobble. I returned and was told to bring back the truck the next day, and they would re balance tires. I was concerned that tires' sidewalls may be compromised, but they said if still an issue after rebalancing the tires, they would replace them.The next day, they rebalanced them, and the mechanic took a test ride came back and said it still had a slight wobble. The manager did agree to replace the tires and ordered them.NOTE I only looked at the Drivers side of my truck, so I left. Shortly after I returned to where we were staying, I noticed a dent in the upper area on the passenger side tail light.I then contacted the manager and drove back. He said they would look over the camera videos and get back to meWhen the tires arrived, they only replaced 2 of the 4 but guaranteed all of them against any sidewall issues for the life of the tires.The regional manager also called me, who came across very condescending and arrogant. He stated he saw no dent on the videos and said I had to prove it. I asked him to send me the videos, but he said no that's not how it works then said he was in New York and would be in Ashville in 3 weeks to show me. I said no we have to be on the road the next day and said we could meet in New Jersey any time hes in the area "Since That's where we live" He said that's not going to happen???I then suggested he email me the videos, he said no at 1st , but eventually, he took my email address and said he would send them. I'm not too confident. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL WITH THIS REP.Note never received the videos!The shop was honorable and always spoke to me like they cared in the end they did stand behind their work. If the regional manager was as professional as the shop I would have gave them 5 starBut because the regional manager was unprofessional and condescending.who deserves an 1 star that hurts this franchise review.

I had a bolt in my tire this morning and went to NTB to see if they could plug my tire. I did not have an appointment but Mason worked me into the schedule and I was in and out in no time. Thank you for making a bad start to the morning turn into a positive experience! Highly recommend these guys!

The guys here at NTB on Tunnel Rd. are awesome. I came in last minute w/a nail in my tire and limited time. They got immediately to it and I was done in less than 30 minutes. Great conversation while I was waiting and gave me a great estimate on brake work.
