I found a screw in my tire before work one morning. I made an appointment online and thought for sure I'd bring the car in, and they would say "even with an appointment we are very busy". But that didn't happen, they took me in right away, fixed the tire and I was on my way in no time. And they didn't take me, the price was on point. Highly recommend!

Edit to original review - After using Mavis several times, they continue to be quick, easy and honest. In addition to oil changes I have recently used them for a tire repair. They were able to plug it, gave me an honest assessment of my tires and did not try to sell me on anything more than was asked. - My original review.........Just needed a simple, quick oil change. I was able to make a reservation on line for the next day. They called to confirm the reservation almost as soon as I made it. They took my car as soon as I got there and gave me an estimate of how long it would take - it took less time. The place is clean, they offered me coupons and they are extremely professional. I also liked that they did not try to sell me on anything else.

I got 4 new tires on my truck and during the installation they called me saying my tire sensor was broken. I asked if it was the front left sensor because it had been sensing low tire pressure, while I thought I had a slow leak I gave them the benefit of the doubt, maybe that was a malfunction. They said yes it was that one and asked if I wanted to fix it for $120 which I declined. They then asked if taking $20 off would make it better for me(A red flag). I declined again and they explained this would mean the warning light would always be on in my truck. Anyway I take a closer look today and its the rear right sensor that is not working and is now always sensing tire pressure at 0, it has ceased working at all. This is a completely different issue from what I was having. Their explanation was tires get rotated when they put them on and sensors can go bad at any time and when I am ready to get it fixed come in and pay for the repair. This is too much of a coincidence for me to believe the sensor simply stopped working altogether as they were replacing the tires. I will not be returning to this location.

With the bitingly cold weather currently in the area, my Low Tire Pressure sensor came on this week. Not willing to take any chances, I called Mavis of Chester and spoke with Nick.What an exemplary employee! Besides being incredibly professional, I appreciated his kindness by explaining all possibilities that may be occurring with my tires. While I have a basic understanding of how to maintain my car, I thought it was very nice of Nick to offer a refresher of where I can locate certain info about my car. Luckily, my tires only needed more air but any issues that pop up in the future will ONLY be left to the fantastic professionals of Mavis Tire of Chester. Thank you Nick!
