I seriously love this location! John at the reception desk was very friendly, and communicated clearly with me. And I believe the lady who did the work to my vehicles name was Adrianna? She was awesome and friendly as well! I was told my car would be aligned within one hour, and sure enough it was done in exactly an hour. And, they charged me exactly what they said they would- and didn't add any sneaky fees or anything. My car is now aligned, and I didn't break the bank to have it done. Highly recommend this location.

Got a nail in my tire this Saturday and needed a quick fix. It only took a call and driving out here and once I got here they pretty much got right to work. John and his staff were very efficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend if you are in Christiansburg area.

Great deals I went everywhere and they were the cheapest

My brake pedal got stiff when I was nearby this place so I stopped for their complimentary diagnostic to make sure I wasn't going to lose brakes on the way home. I expressed my concerns about a potential issue with the brake booster or another topside component but that went ignored.They proceeded to tell me I had a seized caliper and needed rotors and pads on both sides and a brake line (which was just recently replaced in a recall). They also suggested that the last person who did brake work on the car put the inner pads on the outer and vice versa. I do my own brakes so I knew that was BS because it is 100 percent impossible to do on this car because of the clips on the inner pad that hold it in the cylinder. Their total was $720 for their estimate, so I left and declined the work. I drove it home and put on new rotors, pads, and a caliper myself. The supposed seized caliper wasn't even seized. Still no fix. I replaced the brake vacuum pump after doing a little of my own research and the problem was fixed.$50 and 15 minutes was all it took to fix and I wasted $280 and my time to replace what they suggested. Don't trust these clowns. All they want is your money and they don't care about fixing your problem. Go elsewhere.

Driving from NY to Nashville, my caliper bolts came out and I couldn't go any further. John King and his team figured out what was wrong and ordered the parts and had me back on the road in a safe vehicle within a few hours. No charge. Nothing but kind and courteous service. Highly recommend using this shop.

Seemed like decent service. Although not knowledgeable as should be. Beware of the up-selling as well. I went in with my wife due to a quick find for a flat tire. They tried to say that brakes were shot and lugs were $10. Trying to claim that two had been cross threaded and snapped.i know that was 100% invalid because I put the spare on the day prior after the flat with a T-wrench and no torque gun. My assumption was that one of the mechanics forgot to take the air gun off of forward and broke two of the lugs before realizing. plus cost of nuts.just beware. A 20 minute stop just to remove a donut wheel and replace a blown tire turned into a 2+ hour escapade of rear brakes being torn apart.on that note. Her car had rotors on the rearnegative. Drum brakes.just be leery people.
