It's really nice to have a team like Sam and Harry who understands my needs, does not try to force unnecessary services and explains the benefits of why certain services is needed for your car. They understood the value of my time, made me comfortable and I'm definitely will be back to this establishment.

This place is amazing and is above and beyond helpful -- many thanks to Don. I had tolled my car to this location after a pothole incident and by the time I had called the shop the next morning, Don had already gone ahead and ordered the specialized tire I needed for me. I guess the pothole I had ran over was pretty steep because it also dented my rim quite a bit - Don and his team quickly got another vendor to repair my rim, and I was able to be back on the road in the same day. Just amazing. The store manager here, Harry, is also the nicest and was very accommodating.

I got a flat on my way to JFK and was rushing to catch a flight. I stopped into this tire shop and did not think they would be able to get me on the road in time. Samantha at the front desk was so helpful and even drove to another location to grab the tire I needed. She understood my situation and got to work super fast on it. Great shop and great people

Horrible Service Stay Away!I had a terrible experience at Mavis Tires. The customer service was absolutely awfulrude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. It felt like they had no interest in actually assisting customers. The service itself was just as bad. They were slow, unorganized, and didnt seem to care about the quality of their work.I expected a basic level of professionalism, but this place fell way below that. If youre looking for good service and a company that values its customers, Id recommend going somewhere else. Definitely not worth the hassle!

Terrible Experience Vehicle Damaged & No Response from MavisI took my car to Mavis Discount Tire on February 13, 2025, for a simple tire replacement. When I picked it up, there was a large dent and scratch above the rear tires that wasnt there before. I immediately reported it, and the employees were completely dismissive, saying the manager was in a meeting and would review the security footage.Its been nine days, and I have yet to receive a single response. Ive called the store twice, visited in person, and even reached out to the corporate office twicenothing. No follow-up, no accountability, just complete disregard for a paying customer.This is unacceptable. Mavis had my car in their care, damaged it, and is now avoiding responsibility. If you value your vehicle and expect even basic customer service, take your business elsewhere.
