I called at 2pm with a flat tire. They had an appointment at 2:30 and the tire was fixed before 3! The gentleman working the desk and phone was super kind and helpful!

Friendly staff! They got me right in for service and were quick. They made sure everything was ok when they thought something might not be quite right. They did not try and pressure sell anything outside of what I signed up for. Much appreciated!

I arrived after 5pm on Friday needing my tire plugged after picking up a lag screw and they got me right in. I was back on the road 20 minutes later!

They did a good job replacing my starter.

Went for "free brake inspection".I was quoted 750.00 to replace rear disc brakes. When looking at the quote and calling around I discovered the parts quoted by Tuffy are almost exactly double what you can purchase the parts for at local auto parts stores! So while it's inconvenient I can do this repair myself for under 300.00. I don't mind paying for reasonable labor charges, but I won't pay for double the price for parts!

Highly recommend! They were super fast and efficient. Staff was very attentive and courteous. Had me out in 15 minutes for a tire patch. I'll be back here for the next vehicle need.
