I had an alignment done at this shop, and afterwards they told me that a ball joint needs to be replaced. But real professionals dont do an alignment if there are suspension problems they fix it first. Now my steering wheel is crooked.After driving just 3 miles, the ABS light came on and cruise control stopped working. Unfortunately, it was already after 6:00 PM and I couldnt return.my driver was there yesterday ArtemNot recommended.

I was on my way to Northfield, NH from Leicester mass and my tire decided to eat a 1/4 grinding wheel and the chuck went into my tire! It sounded like a huge rock was in my tire so i shot off the high way and inspected my car to find that! i immediately called them and they told me to bring it down! The staff there was very professional and very helpful! They brought my car in and plugged the tire and as i was ready to leave they came back and told me i was all set and they covered the bill for me! I highly recommend this shop very wonderful staff and i am very grateful for what they did!

Bring my car there for alignment with straight steering wheel come back with not . Bring back to them to fix it , they said their machine said it straight , have one of them have a ride with me and he saw it is not straight and still not responsible for it .look like they are machine operators not mechanics at all . I have to say they really good on play good cop bad cop , to try just to brush me off . One of the manager there is very rude, I Never step foot on that place again . Lost my money and time for nth
