New manager has an attitude when I brought my car in. Cant bring in your own oil/oil filter when the week before it was just fine. Didnt give a reason just rolled his eyes and walked away.

I brought my 2020 Jeep Gladiator in for a scheduled alignment and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. Despite dropping the vehicle off the night before for an 8 AM appointment, it wasnt even touched until late afternoonand I didnt get it back until after 6 PM.I had requested a 6 caster angle (a fairly basic adjustment on my setup) and was charged extra for a custom alignment. Yet the techs clearly didnt understand the request, and when I tried to explain it, I was told the technician doesnt like working on Jeeps.Even worse, the brand-new steering components I had just installed the day beforeover $1,200 worthwere scratched, scuffed, and mangled because the mechanic used a pipe wrench instead of adjusting them by hand, which theyre specifically designed for. I was extremely careful during installation to protect their finish for long-term durability, and that was completely disregarded.After driving home, I found the alignment was still off, the steering wheel wasnt centered, andusing a digital gaugeI measured my caster at 22, which is far beyond spec and potentially unsafe. The tie rod and drag link ends were also set completely out of parallel, which is just unacceptable and can damage components.I have photo and video proof of all of this and now have to pay another shop to fix what Mavis made worse. Completely unprofessional and careless service. I expected more. Avoid this location.
