If you want your tires to be incorrectly balanced and incorrectly installed then Mavis is your place to go. Came in on March 30th. Tire change is assigned to a new guy who balanced the tires with the settings of a truck.One man threw the lug nut on the ground. I dont know how immature the team is.Steering shook like crazy and car was very unstable. Came again and they labeled my wheels to be damaged. Then figured out they put in additional weights in the wheel due to which the incorrect balancing happened.Steering is still shaking. Came in again and they said it will be higher charge.These people screwed the tires, wheels, steering shaking.. bunch of rude people who will shift blame on you for something they screwed up. Inexperienced technician who will destroy your car. Please go to Costco tired or your car dealership workshop even if it costs more instead of risking destruction of your car.

Best place you could go. I called to get a quote for fixing a hole in my tire and while other places talked down to me and quoted me high prices Melissa was kind and Jason answered my question and gave me a very reasonable price. When I showed up the employees kindly greeted me and helped me immediately. They fixed the hole in my tire. I very highly recommend this location.

Mavis in Palatine saved the day today and patched a tire quickly. I was so impressed with how quickly the service was a how helpful the staff was

Did my alignment there - replaced tie rods inner and outer , dont know if it was really necessary or not, payed 900 for it and guys let me on road with steering wheel spinning only half way, i recognized it when i was on road - shop closed, next morning im bringing my car back to fix and they say wait a day, we are booked. Front desk guy has any skills to communicate and dont care at all for his 25$/hr, how such places even exist nowadays. Terrible!
