Mavis Discount Tire in Piscataway, NJ

I dont know who the guy was but I called to inquire information for a tpms hardware replacement I gave the guy the proper information needed year make model the basics but this guy was not being helpful at all he was just being rude and laughing at me. Instead of providing me with the information he was being rude, saying ranges from 6-10 dollars. But when I start to explain it's a oe part he still refuse to give me a direct price like how much it will cost with a rebalance but no he thought he was being funny and said he won't know until he got the proper information (again I already provided that) but since he was too busy interrupting me he most definitely didn't hear it, so I went to give the information again and as I gave it again he interrupted me again and just said 10 dollars. I got annoyed and just hung up. Overall this place needs better customer service because obviously they don't have it.

i went to another local Mavis and was turned away. i then came to this location and received the best customer service i've ever experienced at an auto shop. all the members helped me out and fixed everything i needed, will be going back !

Came here again. The shop was clean, the communication was clear, and the energy was just solid all around. Its rare to find a team that balances speed and quality, but these guys always nail it.This Mavis is officially my go-to. And its because of team members like Eddie and Terrell that Ill keep coming back.

Really good service

Ive had the best customer service ever received in my life. Terel (manager), kindest soul ever, helped me get my tire replaced on the same day when 3 separate stores refused to. Talked through to my insurance, ensuring I dont pay out of pocket, for over an hour after closing. They got themselves a loyal customer since then.

Joe, eddie, kevin, and Darrin were amazing, they were polite fast working honest and told me everything that was wrong.
