They do great work.

The workers here are very quick and very helpful and sweet

My son had an MRI appointment in Rome so I took my car for an oil change and tire rotation. I went in and asked the guy if he could do it and he said sure. I said ok told him I was going to Walgreens. When I came out my car was on the lift and tires appeared to be done so I thought great should be finished shortly. I arrived at 9:35. They did not have my car finished until 11:25. It should not take almost 2 hours for a tire rotation and oil change. If they were too busy I should have been told right up front so I could have decided to go elsewhere. My son who used to work at a Mavis called to ask what was taking so long and was told they had 4 brake jobs to do . I should have been told that when I arrived and would have gone elsewhere. My son told the manager I should get a discount because it took so long or I would leave a 1 star review. She apparently took that as a threat and had the audacity to text my son and tell him you know where I am pull up on me. I did not get a discount nor did I ask for one and I would have left the same review regardless. They have poor customer service and unless you have plenty of time on your hands find somewhere else to go!

The first time and last timedoing business with them My appointment was at 10 am they took my car straight back, which was an A+. I left and ran one errand. Arrived back at the facility at 11 am to pick up my vehicle. My car was still on the rack. The tires were not put on. I'm like, wtf? So I left due to me having other appointments. The guy from the inside he's a "JOKE" idk if his mind was elsewhere, but the guys outside stated that he never turned in the paperwork for them to start the process. So here I am, waiting more time for them to put my tires on. Thank God I didn't have to work. I left the facility close to 2 pm. Not only that, I was already iffy about canceling my appointment. For some reason, I knew something was just off. Entering the building was off to begin with. Then the guy that booked my appointment was so sure that my total would be 603. Well, guess what? When I checked out, my total jumped from 603 to 658. Im like, wtf.. I would never be taking my vehicle back. I would do business somewhere else. Thanks to Mavis on Martha Berry. The experience that everyone else says they got from this place " Impossible"

Mavis tire is a awesome place to go with the people that work there with a whole bunch of knowledge. They are better than sliced bread

Clean shop and a friendly staff make this place my go to for service

My daughter is in school up in rome. Had her go to Mavis for a leaking Tire. Tech told us that they needed all four tires replaced. I knew the tires were not worn after having seen them the weekend prior. Beware of sending a vulnerable college student to this place. Took the car somewhere else and they verified the tires are fine
