They helped me out when I really needed it! Great service and staff!

I called Mavis after getting a flat tire and Kevin was able to get me in right away (within 10 minutes). We ended up only needing to patch up the tire with a caveat that if it starts leaking, I will need a replacement tire. Kevin didnt even charge me anything for this work knowing that should I need further work on my car (replacing the battery, etc), I will be becoming a loyal customer. Excellent experience so far

The staff at this Mavis location is stellar! Always nice people and great service. They do an excellent job explaining to you and keeping you informed the entire time of your service. They are very honest and upfront and I feel extremely comfortable taking my vehicle here for service without the fear of being upcharged and taken advantage of. Recently they just helped me out with a tire sensor on the spot, I had no appointment. I was able to bring it in unannounced and within 30 minutes I was on my way.

Arrived without an appointment to deal with a blowout and dashboard lights. Was helped in the parking lot by an employee on break before I even came in. Staff was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, and was able to diagnose the issues and get me back in the road.

I had to come in today for some new brake pads and replace my front and back rotors. I had amazing customer service. I felt like family as soon as I walked through the doors and everyone definitely helped me out with my problem and they gave me step-by-step. What to do so I wanted to give a huge shout out to The workers, Anthony and Sal just for great customer service and helping me out every step of the way for what I needed to do and what had to be done to get my car fixed and ready to go so I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs their cars fixed or what not

Worst experience. Made an appointment and it still took 3 days to put new tires on (tires were in stock). My $1,000 rims were scratched in the process. I was lied to about needing an alignment to try and be sold one. One of my tires was out of balance upon getting my vehicle back. Great job guys.
