I went ahead and arranged for a tire change, during which I was told that additional work was required. The technicians expressed their inability to fulfill specific components of the job due to the extra findings.This establishment places undue pressure on customers, compelling them to pay for superfluous services. They often refuse to execute the requested initial work, citing the impossibility of completion. When prompted for an additional service, I let you know my displeasure, and they quickly reduced the price of the service without hesitation.This response suggests a lack of integrity in their business practices. This approach to business is quite unsatisfactory. It is noteworthy that these technicians operate on a commission-based structure.This establishment needs to be investigated.I was quite hostile when I entered the establishment to pick up my vehicle. I was taken aback by the store manager's response to my angry tone I found it highly unprofessional. It seemed he was willing to escalate the confrontation, almost to the point of physicality. He also brought up my review, as if to reprimand me for sharing my experience publicly. I told him it had been nearly seven hours without any contact regarding when the service would be completed. Instead of addressing the issue, he shifted the blame onto his employees and failed to take responsibility. His tendency to blame his staff revealed a lot about his character.

1st time to a Mavis. I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received. Dylan and the other assistant manager were very informative and helpful. I purchased my first set of tires for my new vehicle. All went well and i will return for future tire purchases.
