Really poor service. Walked into an empty lobby, no customers or staff. Looked like they were having a chat in the garage, ok no problem.Scheduled an oil change, they said no problem, since there were no customers I should be in and out. Despite the associates odd sarcasm about whether I would need my car back and if she could take it for a joyride, I didnt think thered be anything other than a quick oil change. Great, I gave them my keys and took a seat to wait.An hour passed, several customers came and went. I glanced outside and noticed my car in the same spot. I went to the desk to inquire, and again, the staff seemed to be having a chat with no urgency whatsoever. She said that they were about to pull my car in what a coincidence.I asked for my keys and left. They need an adult in the room at this location, the kids running it arent cutting it.

I recently had an inspection done here, and I must say, ladies and gentlemen, this was the best auto service experience I've ever had. The facility is spotless, and the staff are both professional and friendly.They thoroughly checked various components, including brakes and tires, and even provided a detailed chart showing how much life is left in each. To top it off, I received a $15 discount on my oil change.The only downside was the time it took to complete it. HOWEVER, considering that theyve just started offering inspections, are still adjusting, and that it was a bit busy weekend, its completely understandable. Id much rather have my car serviced here than at a local, dirty shop.Overall, a solid five starsan excellent establishment with the right management in place. Keep up the great work!

Called them to schedule an appointment for inspection. They said no need, walk in is fine.So I drive there, and they tell me I have to come back in 2 hrs because there are people with appointments!

I usually never leave reviews but I was very unhappy with my experience at Mavis. I recently purchased four brand new tires which didnt last more than 6 months. If you do choose to buy tires be sure to ask all the specific details regarding your warranty. Otherwise that information will be withheld and when needed you wont be able to use it.

Took my car to a mavis for inspection, at mt pocono store for inspection, they passed it and changed the oil. When my wife came home she said the brakes sound funny.took it to this mavis the mechanic found front brakes metal to metal.he also recommended outer tie rods ends, alignment, air and cabin filters..I agreed. After job completion he said you now have a coolant leak which it never had before he touched it. Another tech looked at it and said the first guy punctured the heater core. It had to be towed to dealer they covered it..Ray price mazda also found the original Mavis tech installed the tie rods ends were installed on wrong sides damaging the wheels and bending steering knuckle..This cost a additional 1600.00 dollars to fix. Mavis refused to take care of it at the time I was an employee with them and was afraid to pursue it for fear of job lost.now that I am no longer employed by Mavis I am compelled to let the truth known..Still waiting for them to make good.also a couple weeks later my oil filter fell off.If they are willing to screw over a employee just think what will happen if they mess your car up..

Howie is very informative and easy going. They all did remarkable work and were understandable. The building is very clean and organized, Very trustworthy people. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Legitimate scam artists. Took it in for inspection and got told my brakes were bad and they would fail it without replacement for nearly $500. I just had my brakes changed and inspected by a real reputable local mechanic so I knew they were lying. Took it to another mechanic a week later who asked if I was sure I wanted the change because they were still passing by a large margin. Showed me a totally different set of pads than what I was shown at Mavis who was trying to scare tactic me into getting it done. DO NOT waste your money here. Find a real garage with respectable people. Not these thieves.
