I purchased a great set (4) of Mavis/Kumho Mountaineer APT tires this week for my GMC Envoy. This Mavis store is located at 8653 Hiram Acworth Hwy, Dallas, GA 30157. I had an appt for 8AM and my vehicle was pulled into the garage shortly thereafter. The staff was polite and knowledgeable. The new tires look great and the installation was flawless. Kudos to the entire team. I am happily delighted with the whole experience.

Had an appointment on 4/12/2025 at 9am. I arrived at the store on 7997 Villa Rica Hwy to get checked in. The store Manager went over my appointment order for a set of new tires. Suggested that with the new tires to get the road hazard warranty and also have the front end alignment checked. I added those 2 items to my order, once the tires where on an balanced. The Mavis team checked my front end alignment and showed me that it was indeed out of alignment. At that time I went ahead and had the alignment done. I was there a total of 1 hr from start to finish. Once the work was complete, we went over the invoice again item by item to insure accuracy. I then paid for the work done, and was very please with the work that was done to my truck. I will definetly return for any work that needs to be done to my truck or car. You have a returning customer.

Absolute trash service, 5 hours for oil change and tire change that was scheduled a week in advance? The car sat for 3 hours past the scheduled time before even getting touched because they claimed tires were not there. The tires were there the whole time, they just didnt look throughly. We had to wait there by the way, big waste of our time. So yeah, NEVER taking anything back here.

Excellent staff here went out of their way even went to try to get bolts from another company. I would highly recommend this place.

I went to have a tire plugged today at store 0562 and the service was excellent. Justus and Niko were friendly and efficient. A smile and a kind word go a long way in creating return business, I won't hesitate to return because of these 2 young men. Dawn Bennett

Got to say this is a little disturbing. Mavis broke a wheel on my escalade last time and hid it as I sat for hours waiting on new tires. Now, give them another chance at this location on Yukon. A tire was slowly leaking, I took back and they found no hole but keeps going flat. Now, 3 weeks later, I'm back and they will not replace tire which has been leaking since they put on. Nobody cares anymore and this is a prime example of what happens when big corporations take over all the family run shops.
