DO NOT take a Subaru to any Mavis location! I have used the Spanish Fort location for years. Due to some shenanigans, I took my car to the Daphne location for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told my car needed back brakes, OK, done. After the back brakes were done, my brake pedal was a little "soft". At that time, I was told that I would need front brakes in 10,000 mile. I went back for an oil change and tire rotation 5,000 mile later, and now I need new front brakes, fishy, but I went along. BIG MISTAKE!!!When I left, the brake pedal was much worse. I called and was told that a new abs module is now needed. NOPE!!! Mavis employees have NO idea that Subarus need a special scanner, $10,000, and software to properly diagnose a problem and bleed the brakes. I now know this because a friend, who happens to be a GREAT and HONEST mechanic, who used to teach car mechanics, informed me after he looked at my car, with the proper diagnostic software, that the problem is air in the brake lines. I did not take my car to my friend first because his shop is in Grand Bay. I was also told by Tuffy Tire and Auto in Daphne, that I needed a back hub bearing, a $550 plus repair. NOPE, the Subaru diagnostic software showed NOTHING! My Subaru is a 2018 with 65,000 miles. BEWARE!!!

Service was great! Brandon was especially helpful and very friendly. Answered my questions and took time to make sure he helped to the best of his ability. Most people just do the bare minimum. He was more than happy assist.
